How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription by going to: Settings > Store > Manage Subscriptions > Turn Off Auto Renew.
Apple has an article on their support page as well, iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions.
I’ve tried to install the TRVL App, but it doesn’t install
Sorry for that! It’s probably due to an error within the App Store installation process and normally a restart for your iPad will solve this.
I’ve tried to download an issue, but it gives an error message
Woops, there could be something wrong with the install. To solve this, you can delete issues by just tap and hold on the cover in the library view. That way a x pops up and you can delete. After that you can redownload the issue.
